Today i just bought mihun for my breakfast...i need to start my diet program immediately...badan dah semakin membulat...hahaha...gym kat 45th floor tu semakin dilupakan...to add more pressure, i received a message from kak syid a few weeks back...a gentle reminder to all players...make sure badan fit before start training... aduyai...tekanan2...ni training dah start pun badan stil camni lg...huhuhu...mana la xsemput...yesterday training session memang best...we all spent our time at the gym...jogging and then kak yus ajar mcm2 teknik to stretch our own body...it really works coz aku xrasa lenguh2 or sakit kaki this morning...badan pun rasa ringan sket la...

Today we all ada friendly match with BSKL...janji ngan kakak2 tu sume kul 5.15pm kt depan terrace...turun2 tgk kak syid, kak nad, kak deb, kak yus & kak zila dah tercegat kat bawah...since bursa dekat jer ngan my ofis, so ktorg jalan kaki jer la kan...this is the 2nd time aku main kat bursa ni...mmg syiok la coz they have their own indoor court...so memang xde issue la for training kan...we played with 6 players for the first 2 games coz xckp players...mmg mencungap aku nak kejar ke atas ke bawah...dah la stamina xde...huhuhu...kak hajar smp around 6pm...baru la complete team ktorg...the results, of course la ktorg menang kan (berlagak gilerrrr)...hahaha...tapi aku xigt la bape scorenye...pas game ktorg lepak situ jap wat drilling...maklum la, dah lama giler xpegang bola...mmg passing aku ntah ape2 ntah la td...frust betul...around 7.15pm cinta came to fetch me up...balik, mandi & kuar datinggggg.....hehehe....

Its not mine ok...mine will be next year...hehehehe...last saturday i helped my bff pindah umah...pagi2 buta aku dah sampai kat bawah umah die...sampai2 tgk my BIL , cinta and nor's brother dah start angkat barang masuk lori...(cinta just drop by kejap before he went for his clas)...actually xbanyak sgt barang yang nak diangkat coz a day before nor dah angkut most of it...sementara diorg angkat barang tu, sempat gak aku berangan nak bawak lori tu...nanti ada masa aku test drive...hehehe...

Dah settle with the house thing, ktorg dah blur tak taw nak g mana...nak balik umah, bosan plak coz cinta balik lambat that day...so aku ajak nor g tesco ampang coz ari tu dila ada recommend tempat refleksologi kat sini...best katanye...memang dah lama aku carik tempat urut2 kaki nih...so end up both of us......

Nama tempat ni 'ManjaKaki'...siapa yang rajin g tesco ampang tu mesti taw...best jugak la kat sini...nor paid RM20 for package refleksologi (30min) and aku juz paid RM30 for package refleksologi and head & shoulder massage (40min)...i really enjoyed the urutan coz a nite before kan aku g main futsal...so urat2 and muscle aku sume tense...lepas jer sesi mengurut, badan rasa ringan sket la...i definitely will come again for next visit....hehehehe...

Sampai umah around 5pm...lepak jap melepaskan lelah...while waiting for my husband to reach home, aku masak mee goreng...apa punye mimpi la plak kan tetiba aku terrrrajin plak nak masak ari tu...sengih jer muka laki aku tengok aku masak...abis sebungkus mee taw...hahahaha.....

Frust la tgk our Malaysian double lose to Korean team in the fascinating rubber game just now...kaki tangan aku sume sejuk masa tengok game tu tadi...as if aku plak yg ada dalam court...i'm watching this game at my parents house...adik2 aku sume emosi...menjerit2 every time malaysia dapat point (semangat kesukanan yang tinggi la konon)...hehehe...masa rubber set aku dah xleh nk duduk diam dah...kecut perut seyh...what i admire most for this duo is their high winning spirit...their high determination to win...well done la KKK and Tan Boon Heong...even korg kalah tp game td memang best gilerrrr...

Mak aiii...sakit2 pinggang aku lepas main futsal semlm...itu la bahana lama sangat tak exercise...terkejut beruk sume urat2 aku...itu belum kire pancit lagi...memang out la stamina aku...huhuhu...nasib baik la we juz play for fun...malam tu aku, dzu & zana tumpang kete en.muslim...we played at 2D Dimensi court @ Jalan Foss Pudu...tp tempat die memang menakutkan daaa...kalu aku yang drive memang confirm xsmp la...hahahaha....

As usual, weekend aku mesti balik umah my parents...tetiba aku rasa rindu lebey plak ngan adik2 aku...maybe sbb last week aku xjumpe yani & nina...diorg takde kat umah...after cinta went for his clas, aku pun bergerak pulang la kan...dah nak sampai dekat bukit selayang tu, jammed giler2...almost half an hour aku strended kat situ...siot betul...aku ingat ada roadblock ke ape...rupa2nye tanah runtuh...tak penah2 la plak aku dengar area2 selayang ni kena tanah runtuh...since diorg bukak bungalow lot projek kat atas bukit tu, dah macam2 jadik...bukit kat area tu sume dah togel...kejam2...

Nak dekat tengahari baru aku sampai umah...ibu tengah sibuk masak for lunch...maklum la...anak2 die balik (bunyi macam la masing2 duduk jauh kan)...hehehe...that saturday ibu wat tomyam lg...memang superb la tomyam ibu....aku sampai2 jer, i received a phone call..."ayong (nada berbisik), tolong amik adik kat umah opah...sekarang taw"...rupa2nye kimi (my cousin's son) called...so aku called yani (she's otw balik) suruh g amik kimi and nabila...

Last saturday cinta ada invitation to an open house cum birthday party at felda villa...even raya dah abis, ada jugak org nak wat open house lg kan...pagi tu macam biasa, aku & cinta buat haluan masing2...dun be surprised k...cinta ada clas on saturday...so aku ape lagi...bergerak pulang ke umah ibu & bapak la kan...(nasib baik umah bapak ku dokek ajo)...

Sampai umah ibu tengah masak tomyam...macam taw2 jer coz dah bape ari aku teringin nak makan tomyam...(jangan speku aku preggy plak k)...nak masak tapi kemalasan melanda diri...hehehe...umah aman damai jer...rupa2nye, notnot (my sis) takde...die pergi 'The Lost World of Tambun'...ikut rombongan skolah...xsedo diri punye budak...dah nak exam pun sibuk nak berjalan...release tension katanya...patut pun senyap jer...kalu tak mesti bising dengar budak 2 beradik tu 'bergaduh'...adik macam biasa la...melekat dengan komik die...around 6pm aku gerak balik coz the party started at 8pm...

We arrived at Felda Villa quite late...party dah start pun...untung betul burfday gurl ni...elanie xsilap aku namanye...teringat zaman kecik2 dulu...my mom wat my burfday party kat umah jer...tapi meriah habis k...merasa jugak la aku dapat hadiah banyak2...hehehe...back to elanie party...ramai jugak guest yang datang...makanan that nite, boleh tahan la...ada nasi tomato, kambing bakar, kuey tiau goreng, dessert & aiskrim...tapi aku makan kuey tiau jer...perut dah santak makan kat umah mak aku...

Its time to go home...as our flight kul 3.30pm, there's ample time for us to lepak2 pagi tu...bangun tido aku ajak cinta turun...konon2 nak g mandi swimming pool la...tapi mak aiiiii...kul 10am dah panas bukan main...terus terbantut hasrat nak terjun & berendam kat pool tu...

Masa nak check in barang, cuak gak coz takut terlebih berat kan...nasib baik la ok...juz that ktorg kena bawak hand carry sket la kn...we landed at LCCT around 4pm++...took the bus to Salak Selatan Station then naik erl to KL Central...dah smp KL Central kena naik lrt plak...pergh...penat die jangan cakap la kan...dengan mengheret bag yang besar gaban tu naik lrt masa orang balik keje...memang seksa jiwa dan raga aku...nasib baik kat lrt station, my BIL came to pick us up...

It was a rainy day that sunday...sangat syiiioookk tido...at first we thought nak kuar awal sket for breakfast but since cuaca pun mendung jer...so ape lagi...its not easy to get this kind of 'opportunity' kan...hehehe...around 11am baru la aku & cinta kuar...na & dayah tengah sakan bershopping kat pekan kuah...aku plak baru terkedek2 nak gerak...hehehe...masa ni ujan renyai2 kat langkawi...so aku & cinta decided to go to the 'Jeti' first...(nak amik gambo @ the giant eagle sebenarnye)...hehehe...

Then we're straight headed to pekan kuah to do some shooooppppiiinngggg...(i'm soooo sorry coz xde gambo masa ktorg bershoping)..actually aku xde ape nak dibeli sebenarnye...misi utama is to get my mom's vantage mug and a vision...(ibuku memang fanatic dengan vantage)...so hasil for the day:

On day 2, we went to Island Hoping...Chief Na dah pesan a day before "9.15am dah kena ada kat depan AB Motel"...aku sebagai anak kapal yang patuh, gagah jugak la bangun pepagi...kalu lambat, kena tinggal plak kan...before we go,wajib la isi perut dulu...we had our breakfast at awana's cafe that morning...menu die so-so jer la...nasib baik pancake die sedap...as agreed, around 9.ooam, me & cinta dah tercongok kat depan AB Motel...

Our first detination is Pulau Beras Basah...pulau ni memang cantik...aktiviti mandi manda memang sangat sesuai la kat sini...

Tapi yang tak bestnye banyak benor berok2 yang kelaparan kat sini...as aku & cinta tak mandi (aku xbape suke mandi laut), kitorg jadi penyelamat bag...beruk2 kat sini memang pantang tengok bag...sume nak dipunggahnye...nasib baik la kitorg tak bawak makanan dlm bag tu...kalu tak mau aku berkejar2 dengan beruk2 kat situ...

After 1 hour kat sini, we're off to Eagle Feeding...mula2 aku ingat, helang tu akan makan kat atas tapak tangan kite...rupa2nye...

Helang tu juz sambar makanan from the water daa...dasat sungguh imaginasi aku...hahahaha...on the way nak g tasik dayang bunting, pakcik bot tu singgah kejap kat tmpt bagi makan ikan...nak masuk kena bayar RM2 sorg...macam2 jenis ikan ada kat sini...

Last pit stop is Tasik Dayang Bunting...nak ke tasik tu kena menapak dulu...naik turun tangga...aku, cinta, na & is jer yang sampai kat tasik tu...dayah & najib juz melepak kat bawah...konon2 aku ingat nak jugak la membasahkan diri kat tasik ni kan...skali cinta refused coz die ada memori hitam kat sini...dedulu cinta almost nak lemas kat sini...so he kinda phobia sket la kan...malas la aku nak mandi sorg2...ape barang kan...xsyiok la...so end up ktorg juz melepak makan cheezels kat tepi tasik tu...

Na dengan rakus meneguk air...haus agaknye berendam lama sgt...

Around 2pm kitorg dah sampai jeti...pas makan, me n cinta terbongkang kat bilik...tido sepuas2 nye...konon petang tu nak g jalan2 kat tepi pantai chenang tu...main banana boat ke, parasailing ke...tapi hampeh.com...aku sedar2 dah kul 6pm...so we decided to take a walk at our hotel jer...

Setelah berbulan2 lamanye plan dgn geng2 ofis, akhirnya berjaya jugak aku menjejakkan kaki di.....

I've been in Langkawi for 4 days...ni kire 2nd honeymoon la untuk aku & cinta (even pegi beramai2 kan)...tapi memang seronok la...kitorg selamat smp kat langkawi around 10pm++...masa dalam flight tuh, boleh plak pilot nak wat lawak k...die nak g landed kat alor setar nyer airport...tak ke giler...nasib baik la die perasan...kalu tak bermalam la aku kat airport alor setar tu...on the first nite aku sampai sana, aku tumpang tido kat apartment yang na sewa (diorg dah sampai 1 day earlier than me)...so malam tu dengan selambanye aku laki bini tido kat hall...hehehe...actually is (laki na) dah offer suruh aku ngan na tido dalam bilik...tapi malas la aku...nanti kaco daun lak kan..(padahal aku yang tak nak berenggang dengan cinta) hehehehe....

Memula aku ingat cam banyak giler la order ni kan...sekali tengok...

Sume habis licin dibedal oleh 6 piranha yang kelaparan akibat tidak makan lunch (except for my cinta coz die makan nasi goreng for lunch)...hehehe...tapi makan seafood kat sini memang agak murah...untuk 6 orang makan seperti menu diatas, the price juzzzz....

Dinner that nite just cost us RM123.40...memang berbaloi2 la...masing2 balik dengan muka happy jer...perut dah kenyang kan (gendang gendut tali kecapi, kenyang perut suka hati...hehehe)...on the way balik, aku & cinta singgah kat Pelangi Beach Resort jap (nak guna rest room jer sebenarnye sebab dah xtahan sangat...hahaha)...kebetulan ada plak live band (lupa plak nak amik gambo) tengah perform malam tu...kitorg pun ape lagi...selamba duduk dengan muka yang tak bersalah la...

Wahhh...lamanye aku tak mengupdate "diariku" ini...sorry yer kengkawan...saya baru pulang...ni pun gigih taw menghadap laptop buat entry....mana agaknye aku menghilangkan diri for the past few days ni yek?..sila buat tekaan masing2 k...jengjengjeng.... hahaha....bikin suspen ajo....dah2...xyah susah fikir....jom kite layan gambo....nanti esok2 baru gue cerita k....zassss...

Pagi tadi aku sampai dengan mata yang sangat mengantuk (ini gara2 so u think u can dance la nih)...sampai ofis, turun hawker beli mihun goreng & kopi O panas...diulangi kopi O panas yek...dengan harapan hilang la mengatuk aku...tapi nan ado....hahahaha....nasib baik aku sampai ofis awal...sempat jugak la aku membuta dulu kat port biasa...lepas meeting, terus aku menghadap kerja yang dah bersusun2 atas meja...

Around 7.50pm baru cinta came to pick me up....then we singgah selayang mall kejap coz konon2nye aku nak trim rambut....rambut aku dah out of shape dah ni....tapi bile tengok salon kat sana, aku jadi xbape confident la (iye saya sangat choosy when it comes to my hair)...the 2 best hairdresser pada abad ini (for me) still at my hometown and not to forget freddy @ MIKO pavy...diorang ni memang terbaek wokkk....

Then singgah kejap makan kat jhonny....xsangka plak aku kat sini ada jhonny...we both juz ordered nasi goreng & tomyam sup (lupa plak nak amik gambo coz perut dah lapar)...boleh tahan jugak nasi goreng ngan tomyam die...pas makan terus gerak balik...capek bangat dong...its a very long day for both of us...

..cant wait for tomorrow coz aku cutiiiiii.....

As we are going to our next vacation in a few days time, the most important thing yang harus ada dalam simpanan ku is SUNBLOCK...adalah sangat penting for us menempek sunblock (especially kat muka) if you feel you are in danger of getting sunburn (iye, saya sangat risau coz i'll be near to the beach)....so after work aku singgah JJ kejap....hajat di hati konon2 nak carik sunblock jer la kan....but end up......

Nampak tak botol colour biru tu? ha...that is my sunblock....setelah direcommend by kak rab petang tadi, terhegeh2 la aku pergi mencari NIVEA MOISTURIZING SUN SPRAY ni....masa aku carik dekat guardian, mende alah ni dah abis....terpaksa la aku pergi watson kejap...nasib baik la ada...aku tak suka la nak pergi melawat watson and guadian ni coz aku taw mesti aku akan beli barang ntah ape2 kat situ (alasan baek punya)....hehehe

» Hectic Weekend «

This weekend memang full dengan akitiviti makan2....wedding, open house you named it...i think this is the last weekend we can have our free meals coz raya pun dah nak habis kan (alasan coz makan banyak, hehehehe).....so we start our jalan2 cari makan aktiviti with cinta's friend wedding kat Rawang (sape tak taw rawang kat mana sila rujuk buku geografi k)...he is cinta's old friend since they're studying kat arau dulu....
