Today officially aku start my dietary program...dah ramai tegur "eh farah..ko dah gemuk sikit la"...statement tu membuatkan aku stress...tak campur lagi bile nak sarung jeans boleh muat halfway jer...bile dah sampai peha dah kena tanggal balik coz cik peha ngan cik von membesar dengan jayanya...huhuhu...
So for day 1 i took sekeping capati for breakfast, sayur bayam, tauge and 3 keping tauhu (with kuah yong tau fu) for lunch and 2 keping wholemeal bread cicah ngan air kopi for dinner...i need to take hot coffee as perut aku dh masuk angin...maklum la org gastrik cam aku ni xleh nk biar perut kosong...huhuhu...

For today's workout, i joined aerobic class with mummy lisda...i was so adore with her as her energy level was superb for a mummy of 4 children...body pun maintain meletop u...today's workout memang best...lencun aku mandi peluh kat dalam tu...
Hopefully i can continue my intention yang suci lagi murni ni...jangan hangat2 tahi ayam sudah la...haha...my target is to lose around 2 - 3kg by April 2010...chaiyok2 fara....
