Saya Mahu Kurus

I've been trying to lose weight since i dunno early this year (or maybe last year?)...i managed to lose 4kg during last ramadhan but i gained (even more maybe) lepas raya...open house after open house membuatkan penambahan lemak semakin menjadi2...*sigh*...nak2 after operation ni, i need to be extra careful on my activities...after 3 months, baru aku berani nak exercise balik...between that 3 months, pembuncitan perut sangat ketara...before this boleh lagi aku sarung my old jeans (size 26 / 27)...but now, even my fav jeans yg size 28 tu pun dah tak boleh nak kancing...no more size 6 jeans...now dah malu2 nak mintak jeans size 10...itu pun berbakul2 doa aku baca masa fitting...if Hanis Zalikha ada 1 hot pants as her figure watcher , my size 6 jeans would be mine...but for now i think better aku fikir camne nak muat pakai my fav jeans dulu...tapi aku xtaw la pulak bape lama lagi baru aku muat balik... OMG!!!!!!!!!!...stress berganda2 di situ...what do i need to do now????

1. Diet
I tried Atkin Diet before...you need to monitor your karb's level not more than 20g per day...it means rice, flour (roti, mee, mihun, kuey tiau) and sugar are forbidden in this diet...only vegetables and meat are allowed...for 1st day, i managed to survived...tapi masuk hari ke 3, aku dah kena gastrik...tak boleh tahan la...terpaksa la aku back to my routine...for breakfast i need to eat heavy breakfast like mihun ke, capati ke...and for lunch i just take veggie...dinner just cicah roti ngan air teh or milo...pengurangan berat badan = 0kg...sedih betul...

2. Exercise
Dah lama aku join aerobik class kat ofis ni...but after operation, i completely stopped...and baru2 ni baru aku start join balik...itupn xleh la wat extreme giler kot...tapi tiba2 cam jeles tgk cinta boleh hilangkan perut buncit die dengan jogging...and i started to follow him...jog baru sehari, die nyer rehat sampai 4 hari...abis camno??????? pengurangan berat badan masih = 0kg...aish...

3. Korset & Girdle
Lately ni aku tgk, ramai yang promote pasal Premium Beautiful (PB)...aku pun apa lagi, Google la...memang giler2 testimony nyer kan...ada yang boleh hilang berinchi2 and berkilo2 dalam 1-2 weeks jer...aku sangat jeles dengan Kak Fillanie...after 4 months delivered her 2nd baby, she managed to lose her weight to 49.9kg...itu pun baru 5 ari die pakai PB nih...sangat la kagum okeh...aku yang takde anak ni pun berat xcecah la angka 4 tu...zaman2 anak dara boleh la...bila baca testimony diorg ni, berkobar2 semangat didada nak dapatkan satu set PB tu...but when i called and asked for the price, nak pengsan aku mendengarnya...the set cost RM2000...mak aiii...tak mampu la mak dek non...mahal bebeno...so lupakan jer la angan2 nak pakai PB ni 8 jam seari ni ok...(agak2 kalu aku bodek mr husband boleh dapat tak yek???)...

Oh ya...i read one article from Woman's Weekly (nov issue) and i think i wanna share with u all...

....emmm...tak lama lagi kakak yang jalan 1000 tapak tu mesti kurus...jeles ni...i started thinking...i need to walk regularly la...moh kawan2...lets walk...slim down and keep it off...chaiyok2!!!...
